This is done by inserting very thin needles (acupuncture) or applying manual pressure (acupressure) at very precise acupuncture points in the skin. Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is a non-directive, non-analytical, non-invasive approach - essentially the art of listening and enabling the body to heal itself.
Using a very light touch at key body points, practitioners monitor the rhythm of cerebrospinal fluid which surrounds the brain and the spinal cord to pinpoint the source of an obstruction or stress. EFT uses a gentle tapping sequence instead of needles to stimulate traditional Chinese acupuncture points.
