Linda loves her job... Her prime disciplines are Kinesiology and Reflexology and she also gives wonderful Facial Rejuvenation Massages and Ayurvedic Kansa Vatki foot massage.

Having spent 30 years in a commercial environment redundancy hit. She chose to take this as an opportunity for a lifestyle change and did a kinesiology course just for fun. She had experienced treatments and was impressed by the non-judgmental and thorough approach that it took. Well one thing led to another and in 2007 she qualified as a full Practitioner. As with all disciplines, once you open your mind to the techniques you find that the field opens and she was led to training in Reflexology, Indian Face Massage and Ayurvedic Foot Massage. Linda is able to combine techniques and theories/practices from East and West and loves taking a synergistic approach to helping people help themselves.

She now has 2 clinics in Storrington and Shoreham-by-Sea and does home visits in the Forest Row area. She also teaches Kinesiology and Facial Rejuvenation Massage.
